Been shopping there at least 2-3 times a month since they opened. NEVER had a bad experience and their bird knowledge is exceptional. We now have 13 feeding stations because of WBU. Love it!!

I’ve worked in Retail for 42 years. I know customer service. WBU is the best! My only regret is that I’m still working, so I order online, and my 82 year old mother picks the order up. I truly enjoy coming to the store in person, so I miss that experience. Keep doing what you’re doing!!
