The people have always been helpful and very friendly. I love going to the store just to see the staff!!

The staff are so helpful, they have quite a bit of knowledge or knows where/how to find it. The store and environment they have created is amazing. They even gave me some live mill worms and the birds outside took them from me! What a cool experience.

Salesman went to storeroom and brought out 5lb bag of sunflower chips and didn't try to sell larger size bag off of shelf. I was just interested in smaller bag.

The store was beautifully designed and had a very positive vibe. The lady we checked out with was extremely nice and knowledgeable. It was an over all great experience. And I absolutely LOVED how they supplied the birds outside with food. I saw so many beautiful birds out there!

Friendly competent staff

It is always a pleasure to shop in my Wild Birds store! I get everything my yard denizens need and always find beautiful gifts for friends, family and myself! The cats are always welcoming and so nice about allowing pets. The staff is very helpful and always welcoming.
