The staff is always so friendly & helpful … and they gave me an opportunity to feed a bird by hand! It was thrilling!

I placed the order on Saturday to take advantage of the weekend special and Gary delivered it on Monday. That's great service. Gary is very helpful and friendly.

It’s a beautiful store. It’s a joy to enter. The staff is warm and friendly and very knowledgeable about both birds and their products. The bird sanctuary out side their store is wonderful and teeming with birds enjoying themselves. My elderly Dad likes to sit in the car to watch them. It’s such a positive and family place.

The staff is always amazing! All of the ladies took time to be helpful. Overall very friendly and I could tell that they appreciated my business. Some retail environments you are just pushed through the line. This visit to the store ended with an awesome experience! I was asked if I wanted to feed a bird. My first thought was, where's the bird. When I realized that I could feed a wild bird, I was shocked. The experience was amazing! I can't wait to see if I can do this at home over time.
