I needed the hot small cylinder w/cranberries and you were completely out. You only had the large ones which won't fit my feeder.

I live in Richmond, VA. I order online from Yorktown, VA which is only an hour from me. I have a pending order now which got shipped on 4/8/21 and have not received my items. Exceptions ALWAYS happen. I don't know why. This makes me want to get my bird food from other places.

I returned a tubular bird feeder for repairs. The associate took it to the backroom and said, it'll be one minute, it just needs a tiny screw replaced. Thirty minutes later, still no feeder. I had two more stops to make to buy food for luncheon guests and didn't expect to be there for a half hour for a singe screw replacement. Finally, i was told, he's got it fixed, and he's just cleaning it up for you. A few minutes later, he hands me my feeder, not the least bit cleaner. Think about it: ONE screw, THIRTY minutes. He said he replaced some springs as well, but given that i was already there for so long, that could've waited. This was a terribly frustrating experience and stressed me out because i wasn't ready for my luncheon guests. What was he doing that took 30 minutes? Did he need to text? Watch some YouTube? WBU customer sensitivity scores ZERO on this.

When asked the price of the items I was going to purchase, I was quoted a price. When I went to pay for my items the price quoted by the sales associate was incorrect and was $5.00 dollars more per item.
