Get help from the sales associate as I asked a lot of questions about stopping moisture from damaging seed I put out and the associate help me in selecting better food for blue birds.

I understand you have a higher quality food for the birds but the cost shows that. In these times money is tight and I want to still feed the birds. So fiy need to get a bird seed that stops the squirrels . The one you are sell doesn’t work. Second I would like 30 percent off the bird seed on Black Friday. Plow and Hearth gave 30 percent off their bird seed so I bought more with them . That 5 percent on 100 dollar is 5 dollars. These days 5 dollars can’t buy you much but it helps. So maybe next year you can up It to 30 percent off.

I had previously purchased a WBU brand bird feeder which had broken soon thereafter. During another earlier visit to the store, I had been told to bring it back for either repair or a replacement. On this visit, I did so. However, the store employee seemed unfamiliar with how to handle this situation. And, she later informed me that they could order a part for me but i would need to pay for it. I guess I had misunderstood the store policy because I was given the impression it would be taken care of at no cost to me.

Your price on bird seed is expensive so please keep the price low or have great sales. This joe biden administration is making it hard to buy extra items for enjoyment! So every penny counts! I know you all know this. Also find a way to stop the squirrels from eating all the bird food! Feeders and better food they hate

I found the same exact item on Amazon for more than $10 less.

They did not have my usual birdseed and the one I purchased instead is not well liked by the birds.

Just a regular visit: I knew what I needed, found and purchased it. Not a lot of need for interactions. I do appreciate the help carrying items to my vehicle.
