It is always fun to visit. My one comment is that I wish the bird seed would come in smaller packs.

I love going to WBU in Yorktown for the friendly staff and their love of all animals! their cylinders are perfect for my birding! Birds always eat the food eagerly! They go above and beyond to make my experience wonderful! I intend on shopping there forever!

The staff is extremely friendly, and very helpful if we need help. Store is laid out in a very user friendly way - easy to find merchandise and get things. It's also very welcoming and attractive, makes you want to buy there. There are a lot of perks - discounts, reward program, jewelry, and we enjoy shopping there.

Enjoy the atmosphere of the store. Love watching the birds at the various bird feeders outside. Enjoyed having hot tea also. Good quality products.
