I love the items in the store. The staff are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I love the overall look of the store which includes an outside view which is decorated so you can view the wildlife!

The owner has great vision and has created what is genuinely a destination - it's more than just checking off an errand when you stop by. They operate on another level and are a flagship store. Each time I go into this store, everyone is welcoming and friendly. Each sales associate is quite helpful and offers excellent information to any question I may have. I always want to come back because I feel the employees are like “my people”. They get birds and I love learning from them.
