I was highly satisfied because upon entering the store I was greeted with immediate assistance. The staff member showed me exactly what I was looking for and provided an abundance of knowledge about the product.

I have a daughter who is critically ill and feeding the wild birds is her passion. The staff, at the Yorktown, VA, are very friendly and compassionate of my daughter, Emily. They know her love for nature. Emily loves to take nature photos of the wildlife in our backyard. She owns just about every bird house and feeding items that Wild Birds Unlimited offers!

There are so many wonderful choices of bird food and feeders. The return policy is excellent. The warranty policy is exceptional. The staff are all so friendly and helpful.

There were many items to choose from. I specifically needed a squirl proof bird feeder, an associate was happy to take me to the corner of the store they were in. I was happy with selection and the speed of checkout as well as the bags. My daughter enjoyed the cat in the store as well as myself. We certainly enjoy shopping at wild birds unlimited.

The people working there make the experience exceptional! The gift items are unique, one of a kind that I know my friends will love. The ladies always give good advice for this novice birder and the quality of the seed has tripled the birds at my feeders!
