Noted a substantial price increase on the bird seed I normally purchase. Was asked to pay to join a club to get discounts on prices on bird food. Actually the bird food will now be just as expensive as it ever was if not more. Just a bit disappointed in that type of ploy and see a big price increase also.

New owners are not up to speed. One knowledgeable employee recovering from injuries and appeared to be attempting to work through his pain which slowed him down. Unable to get the seed I wanted due it being under a large delivery of other seed. Could not use coupons, even though I am a long time customer, because I left them home and did not physically produce them. I felt badly for the employees as they seemed somewhat overwhelmed due to the changeovers.

The staff makes us feel very unwelcome and acts as if we are going to steal something. We spent over $300, we are middle aged, nicely dressed people. It is always a wierd experience.

This store is nowhere near the level of service that it was when the previous owners ran it (Foster's?). I don't return to the store nearly as often as I used to due to this, and I don't buy as many things. I live 20 minutes away. I can get a similar product at Walmart to get me through for the same service level without the drive. I used to enjoy coming to this store and would often spend lots of time talking with the previous owners about birds and feeding them. There used to be a very nice man who would always bring my bag of bird seed to my vehicle. In my recent visit, I had to try to lift my bag of bird seed up on the counter for the cashier, who after watching me struggle with it, informed me she already rang it up. The cashier now simply asks if you want someone to bring it out, acting like it's an imposition on them. It's very clear that this store is just a business investment to someone hoping to profit from it. The previous owners would tell me not to lift the bag, that they would ring it up, and were really happy you bought something and wanted to bring it out to your vehicle for you.

I ordered (3) bags of bird food online and requested delivery and I only received (2) of the bags upon arrival! I was not happy! I had to make the trip to the store to get the issue resolved which the associate did promptly. Just disappointed in the delivery process!!

I was waiting to buy a bag of feed. There was a customer checking out - having some issues that were taking some time to resolve - I can understand helping her and the time it takes. Then the two sales associates were having a discussion about another situation they needed to resolve - with seemingly no awareness that two customers were standing there waiting. The people in the store are also less knowledgeable than the previous staff.
