I have been a customer of this particular store for many years and now that there are new owners the prices have gone up quite a bit. I was a bit shocked at how much a bag of bird seed would cost me now.

I was looking for a bird book for Wisconsin - store only carries them for NH and Maine - understandable, but disappointing. I was also looking for the bird feed sculptures. be back in November!

There was an issue with computer taking my card. Thought it went through and after I left they realized it hadn’t. They had to call me and I had to drive back to store to resubmit my payment.

I had a punch card for a free bag of bird seed. I was one bag away from getting a free bag of bird food and when I presented my card, the girl at the register told me that you are no longer accepting these cards and that you changed your reward program.
