I’m new to feeding birds and stopped in to seek advice on how to deal with squirrels eating all the food. The store clerk was extremely helpful and very friendly, even helping me carry my purchases out to my car.

Great customer. Even offer to carry bags out to the car. Offered may suggestions for inviting other different birds. The products are so appealing to our birds. We visit every two weeks.

So happy that the store is now open for browsing. I'm not a good order ahead person. Staff has always been outstanding. Merchandise displays are always presentable and inviting.

Everything I needed was in stock and I didn't have to wait too long to check out. It was the day before a storm and the shop was quite busy with people restocking their seed supply.

The products I want are always available. Depending on the season there are usually interesting new items to look at. At my last visit I bought two pairs of earrings I knew my daughters would love. The birds swarm my feeders when I fill the feeders with no mess blend. A piece of my feeder fell off during the last snow storm and Eric was able to find a replacement part. The employees are very knowledgeable and are able to answer my questions.
