very friendly staff

The store is beautiful! It is clean, everything is displayed beautifully and the staff if very friendly!

This store always has what I need, the staff are always extremely friendly and helpful, and the it is always organized and clean when I go inside. This was my first time doing an order pickup and it was very easy, no issue at all using my DSC membership either.

Friendly staff. I love the meal worms mixed with the no mess blend! We have so many birds!

The issue was with delivery of bird seed via FedEx. It turned into a bit of a hassle on both your end and mine due to FedEx's and Walgreen's misfires, but the box did arrive, safe and sound. I was simply experimenting with delivery to see how it worked, looking ahead to ways to avoid trips to the store in the future. I think it will be more efficient to pick up seed in person. It took a couple of calls which were handled perfectly by Mark and Judy but all's well that ends well!

Very neat store and great staff

Have been a customer for several years and really like the people working there. Although the store recently sold, it is a pleasure to still see Eric working there. He goes out of his way to say hello and knows customers by name. The new staff have also been knowledgeable and friendly.
