When I entered the store I was greeted promptly and both staff members working were very helpful in answering my questions. I was able to get in and out quickly (as I was on my lunch break).

Love the fine selection of bird merchandise and beautiful feeders. The owner is Lovely, just wish I could see her more often. The Younger ladies that work in the store are always smiling and helpful. Eric has always been a charming and always happy to help. He’s also super knowledgeable about the stores products, knows a lot about birds and he can always answer any questions I may have!! The employees are very considerate and accommodating, as when they carry your purchase to your car, how fabulous that can be. Thank you Wild Birds Unlimited for your kindness and professionalism whenever we’re shopping in your store. 😊😊

The selection of merchandise was very well organized, the salesperson was very helpful and encouraging. Signage was clear and informative. I did not feel rushed, free to look around as much as I needed.

The store is beautiful since they re-did it. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The selection is incredible and they carry bird supplies you can't find anywhere else. I would buy much more if I could! I love that I receive a discount and earn "bird bucks." I look forward to shopping there!
