I have shopped both in the store and online, as I live a distance from the store. When ordering online, I have always received my packages in a timely manner. I had a problem with a part breaking for one of the items I purchased (my own fault). I called the store to see if I could purchase just the single part and the customer service I received was terrific. They called the company and a new part was sent to the store free of charge. I very much enjoy shopping at the Somersworth Wild Birds Unlimited and highly recommend it to my family and friends! Thank you!
