The knowledge of the staff person I worked with was very helpful. This is my foray into anything birds. Although I had done some reading beforehand I received a great lesson in product and food. His helpfulness with how to set up my feeder was super.

I was greeted upon arrival and due to COVID I had not been in the store; did curbside pickup. So I was surprised at the changes and interested in the rewards program. The staff was helpful and carried my 2 big bags of seed out to my car. Appreciated that as I am an oldster!

I went looking for a window feeder, for my 86 year old mother. She is having a blast with watching the birds. Being that they are now close enough for her to see. When asking for such a product the young lady was helpful with finding what I needed. As well as the food and suit that went into this kind of feeder.
