Carol was very patient with me while I shopped around. She asked if I needed help and when I declined, she gave me the space to look around. I’m very indecisive and didn’t know quite what I wanted so I spent a lot of time in the store. I overheard Carol help many customers and give her expert opinion on what to buy and help them look for merchandise. It was VERY busy during this time and Carol never once showed she was overwhelmed. She was so nice during my check out and apologized for the wait- even though it was out of her control! She seems like an awesome employee and I would definitely be back based on interacting with her!
