The show room is a fun experience. It is spacious, open, and woodwork is very appealing. The products are well placed and that makes for a great shopping experience. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I learn something new every visit. Very COOL!! Thanks- Bruce

The employees are amazingly knowledgeable about all types of birds. They are all very personable as soon as you enter the store! I must say most of the employees know who I am and call me by name, which is wonderful! Store cleanliness is impeccable.

The manager of this store was very helpful in adjusting my order and sending along an additional part that I needed. She was gracious and very friendly. While I’ve never been in this store since it’s location is quite a ways from where I ,I’ve, I will visit it on my next journey east. I have shopped in the Greenville SC store location for years before moving to NH. Love this store! Please open one here in Laconia NH as our current bird store is closing this week.

My salesperson was knowledgable and friendly. She asked if I needed help, but as a new customer, I wanted to poke around and see what was available. I eventually asked for help and the salesperson was sensitive to pricing, but I told her that I expected to spend a decent amount of money. She was extremely helpful and signed me up for the rewards program as well!

They are always pleasant and helpful, their knowledge is greatly appreciated and they carry your purchase to tour car. They are amazing 👏
