Very friendly staff and great selection of products

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. She explained the differences between two products I was considering buying. She was very helpful. The store is clean, tidy, and well-stocked.

Everyone is pleasant and love the store atmosphere

The fiery feast birdseed is the only one that keeps the squirrels away! Plus I got a great bird book that I didn’t even know I wanted!

Very helpful employees

The employees are great, I love their products & they fixed two of my bird feeders that were under warranty while I waited. Yeah!

All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. I shop there weekly and the quality is top notch. I also buy live meal worms which are always fresh. Other places not so much. Can't say anything negative about your lovely store.

I have been shopping at this store for years now and loved Mark and Rosanne, but the new staff is just as enjoyable to meet my needs, Carol is always so friendly and takes the time to carry out my items even if there is others waiting to be checked out, I appreciate everything she does to make my visits enjoyable, as I suspect she does for everyone she helps.
