After a poor delivery experience a year or so ago, I responded to an email about delivery and ordered bird seed on line. The web experience and sales interface were fine - and the order showed up that afternoon, courtesy one of the regular employees of the Somersworth store. Got what I ordered, avoided a trip (we are older and driving can be an issue), friendly interaction with an employee we'd dealt with previously. We use the no-mess blend which is a bit pricey, but there is literally no mess under the feeder and the seeds last longer than the usual store-bought blend. Plus the birds love it.

Online ordering and pickup is very convenient and my order was ready in store when I arrived less than an hour later.
