Staff is always friendly, store is clean and thy aleays have what I want.

The staff member who helped me find and then select several items was fantastic. She was extremely knowledgeable and it was pleasant and uplifting to talk to someone who is clearly passionate about the field she's representing (and lovely to learn more about a few of the bird species in our area). The store didn't have the exact feeder I wanted, but was to be delivered yesterday (just a few days later). I look forward to picking it up today. My most pleasant brick and mortar shopping experience in a good long time.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. My husband loved his birthday bird feeders but maybe not as much as the birds. Within a day most of our feeders were empty.

Staff are always friendly, yet not pushy. They give me time to browse and answer any questions that I do have.
