The staff member came over as soon as she noticed that we looked like we needed help. She was kind and showed us right what we were looking for. At checkout, she made sure my rewards information was up to date. We discovered that they had my email address wrong, so I hadn’t been getting my birthday gift, or any sale notices etc. Because of that, she added an additional bag of seed to my order at no charge. She was extremely friendly and eager to make sure our shopping experience was great. We love the store and will continue shopping there for all our bird feeding needs.
