Lovely store for bird lovers. Staff is always pleasant, friendly and helpful. We have been very pleased with the top quality feeders purchased from the store as well as the excellent quality bird seed.

I am a rookie bird lover thanks to a holiday gift I received containing a seed tray, seeds, Jim's Birdacious Bark Butter and a small paperback book about northeast birds, all purchased at the Somersworth NH WBU store. I now shop for supplies and expert advice there. Hearty handshakes for knowledgeable, friendly and very patient Taylor at the Somersworth store. She and her fellow team mates consistently prove to be the most amazingly knowledgeable, friendly, attentive, patient folks ever!

We always receive excellent service whether visiting the store or ordering delivery. We don't live near our store, so having the option of delivery is a real benefit that we value and will continue to use

Every staff member I ever encounter at WBU is so friendly. I go in there not really knowing what I want. I’m always checked on and then given space so I can wander about. At check out, everyone is so friendly and I really enjoy the mini conversations I get to have with the staff.

The salesperson I had set me up with a pole system as well as several different feeders to get me started in a new area, she was very knowledgeable.

I purchased a great bird feeder, with help from staff , the seed I bought was no waste and it’s what I was looking for , and also found some last minute Christmas gifts with beautiful , glass bird ornaments… there is a huge selection of so many products - it is a wonderful store . The staff was friendly, helpful , and even boxed up my ornaments !
