I really like this store. There is always a great selection,great people, and always something clever that catches my eye. Always good sale items too.

Always have in stock what I'm looking for, and intire staff is awesome, friendly & helpful

Staff was very helpful in explaining about the products. My only question is whether on my first purchase, which was quite a lot of merchandise, I might've been eligible to become a member and have the member discount on what I purchased at that time. Maybe that's not how it works, but I'm sure if the sales person had told me that I would have become a member in there.

The staff person who greeted me was friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of her way to be helpful. And she gave me a sample of hulled seed to try for free - so generous!

Their knowledge is beyond helpful. They helped us know about things to purchase to get certain birds to our yard. The product they sell there is perfect for our use and for gifting. We love getting our grandchildren involved in bird watching. They love to use the bird guide of birds in New England. They love identifying as well.

I love going to this store. The staff, Carol and her daughter, are amazing. I thought I knew birds but without these ladies I would be lost. I learn so much from all involved with this store.

Staff was friendly and kind. We showed up close to closing time and they didn’t rush us out. Made sure to tell us of sales.
