They are very knowledgeable and friendly. Good merchendice. Prices are a bit high, but good quality. I also like birds unlimited as a chain as they do good educational videos, etc. Especially liked the ones on backyard feeding and watering.

I really like this WBU store. It's conveniently located, has good hours, and it "fits" in our local community. I've heard that WBU is forcing the current owner to completely change the store. That is really unfortunate. Don't know where I'll go for birdseed after that. Probably our local True Value. The birdseed might not have the same quality, but I'm not going to drive all the way into Bellevue for a bag of No-Mess.
