Earlier purchase of a plastic birdfeeder was a disaster.It was too heavy to support its own weight, much less when filled with seed. I was pleased that it was accepted back without question and the owner decided immediately to test it herself. We both agreed that the design was faulty. As a year round feeder I was very pleased with her understanding of the problem.

Store had more selection than other stores that I have visited. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I find things a little bit pricey in that store, but that’s the way of the world these days. End result was you had what I wanted.

I went to get birdseed and I got birdseed.

I talked with the new manager. She assurred me that problems I had with out-of-date birdseed from the previous management had been addressed, and helped me choose a new feeder.

great staff, one brand of shelled peanuts but were great, handy sized bag.. Would not mind shelled peanuts w the brown skin on if they were cheaper. Birds do not care. Might be a bit cheaper.

The staff is happy to carry the heavy bags to the car without even being asked! they are cheerful and helpful.

Had good stock of the things I used. Checkout fast and efficient--the nice lady clerk even helped me out to the car with the bags of seed.

They had what I wanted and served me in a timely manner. Plus I got a big discount, which always produces a feeling of happiness.
