Everything I wanted for my hummingbirds was in store and ready. Lovely staff experience.

The store had exactly what I was looking for (two items) and my purchase was confirmed by the staff member who pointed out some additional features for one of the items that would make it perfect for my needs.

I always get quick and friendly service from staff at this store. I've only once left without what I was looking for (hummingbird feeder heater) and had to look elsewhere. This was with the previous owner.

Earlier purchase of a plastic birdfeeder was a disaster.It was too heavy to support its own weight, much less when filled with seed. I was pleased that it was accepted back without question and the owner decided immediately to test it herself. We both agreed that the design was faulty. As a year round feeder I was very pleased with her understanding of the problem.
