I bought bird seed which I have bought before but it was about 25% more expensive

Wasting to get super food suet block as a case. Made two visits with no success. Then got a waiting list. Was happy to get a phone call for pick up.

The product seems to have changed

The only issue I experienced was that the product I wanted was out of stock, therefore the staff suggested a similar replacement. I was satisfied with their suggestions.

There's always room for improvement

Cost of items was fairly high. Other than that it was a good experience.

I was highly satisfied. It was a simple repeat purchase of suet bird food that I buy regularly. On other visits I have needed assistance and I have received excellent service. I guess I differentiated between my need for simple checkout service and informative assistance.

The store advertised an open house type event on the weekend. The staff were aware of it but had little information about what was going to be involved.

Well I was pretty satisfied for sure.

i was a normal amount of satisfied. for highly satisfied one would have had to have an extraordinary experience in some way
