oh i hate things like this i feel like i'm ratting out your employees who were perfectly adequate. i don't want to see them brow beaten into being fake friendly The store was being rearranged so it was in a bit of upheaval - not a problem and to be expected. The only suggestion i'd make is it would be nice to be able to buy mealworms and i wish the teller had reminded me that i had a birthday free bag of food (and any other coupon like things that i always forget when I'm there in the store) I know you can do it cause one time the lady said hey! you've got a 5 dollar coupon wanna use it! and i was grateful to know that when i could actually use it

The price is more expensive then at compitetors. I'm still looking for a feeding tray for nuts thats in budget and won't be raided by rats

The program of membership helps save money on the bird feed I buy.

I have some confusion about the "reward" part of shopping there. The previous owners used to provide a free bag of bird seed for every 10 bags that I bought (simple to understand). I know there is a new "reward" program, and I pay the annual "membership" fee, but I'm not clear on the new "reward" program.

have been buying at the store for many years. Dogs were welcome too, not sure if new owners allow dogs. Nice variety, although prices are getting higher.
