I was surprised at the increase in prices throughout the store

Not sure what is happening with this survey. I am happy with this store and would recommend it to others

staff forgot to remind me to renew my yearly club fee and to use my birthday month coupon

food was expensive

I really like this store. However I had gone there specifically to buy 2 things: hot (squirrel deterring) peanuts, and black window stickers to help save birds from flying into the windows. Neither was available. They did have the reflective kind of window sticker, but these have to be placed on the outside of the window, unreachable in my case.

Our go to place for bird seed.

They were out of a couple products I was looking for

Simply that the product we wanted was out of stock. But they phoned us as soon as it arrived. It just meant two trips to the store instead of one.

Usually have more time to browse and more fully appreciate the inventory, but not this time.

I have shopped there for several years and appreciate the variety of product and the friendliness of the staff.
