Very friendly staff member who directed me to the three bags of seed I purchased. I received a receipt showing I have a bonus of ten dollars to use in store on next visit. I am happy the friendly service is continuing since the store has changed hands and the original owners had become like friends. Thank you.

everything was fine i don't know what you'e expecting. please don't do this - inventing a problem when there is none. allow for an unforced average experience - i don't want to be served by someone with a gun to their head to squeeze out a 'highly satisfied' customer experience highly satisfied is not an everyday transaction imho. highly satisfied is once a year when someone goes out of their way - like when the guy dug up a replacement part for my hummer feeder and didn't charge me. you this can't expect this type of thing every time. sometimes you just wanna buy your birdfood and gtfo
