Very friendly staff - that is important to me. My questions about a particular pole for a feeding station were answered well, and although they had just sold their last one, I was told they likely will have more next week. I was pleased with the purchases I made.

I am always happy with your product. The staff are always helpful in carrying the large bags of seed and putting them in my car. They don't wait to be asked they know I couldn't lift one no more three bags of seed. They seem quite interested that I have them placed on the back seats of my car so that I can roll them off into my narrow wheelbarrow at home and thus get them through my back door where I tip them sideways with my double cupboard doors open and so achieve the least weight handling possible.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff made my experience a pleasure.

Store now under new owners - their staff member was pleasant, greeted me coming in, helped explain their new system (membership, promotions, etc), showed me their feed and suet products. She was multi tasking with 2 or 3 other customers - checkut was painless and even offered to help taking seed to my truck. Good to see!

I have long shopped at my local WBU store for the following reasons: * former owner and now current owners are friendly and very knowledgeable - I trust their advice and recommendations; * store is very well-stocked with quality merchandise and has the best selection of bird books, wild bird food, and other supplies than any other shop in town; * support for locally owned business (this is extremely important to me); and * WBU has a good reputation!
