The store is kept well stocked, service is fast and friendly. I really can't find any fault with the products or the service.

Very knowledgeable staff person. Explained why the food she selected for me to feed my birds was better than the previous selection I had made. Sale price was good too!

The staff is always friendly & helpful. I almost always find what I need. I trust the products to be of highest quality, & fairly priced. The gift selections are numerous, & well-crafted, & I love the greeting cards!

I have shopped at WBU for years and would never buy my seeds and suet anywhere else. The only thing I don't like about this survey is being called a guest. I am not a guest, I am a customer. And it really infuriates me how businesses and services have highjacked that word. My guests that come to my house (COVID aside), do not pay for anything. So please stop the hyperbole and marketing shmooze, and be respectful of the customers who shop at your store. Thank you.

We love going to the Wild Birds store. All of our little birds love that aspect as well. In addition to purchasing the seed blocks, Nature's Grubs (I have to buy the BIG bag as our little birds just tear through the little bags), and nut rolls, we also purchase seed cages and even some of the socks. Those are usually presents for my husband for his birthday and Christmas. We also really like the quality of the seed blocks - there is never anything left or tossed aside by the birds - they eat it all!!

I've always loved this store. It seems better supplied than ever with some great folks ping me.

I was shopping for gifts and found there to be plenty of options. I will be returning after xmas to pickup sead and suet supplies.

My purpose was to purchase Christmas gifts for my parents. The young lady that helped me was bright, informative and an absolute delight.
