Friendly staff and being asked if I have any help

We have been customers for many, many years. We have always liked all of the products sold in store (food, food dispensers, styles of food ie butters, bits, bugs, etc, and even the socks!). Since Tom et al have become the new owners we see there is even more variety of everything to chose from. We hope WBU is around for many, many more years!

Knowledgeable & helpful staff. The fellow offered to carry the heaviest item to the car even before he saw my aircast boot. :-) There was a problem with the debit/credit machine but that happens occasionally where I work as well so that doesn’t bother me and it didn’t slow things down too badly.

The person I dealt with in the store was very friendly and tried to give me all the most informative info I needed, as I’m new to bird feeders and feed and such. He was happy to teach me things :) The man who rang my order through, was also very friendly.

Every time I visit the store there are so many neat and new products to look at. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. i was so pleased to be able to purchase 3 stackables again for the sale price. Love my birds so much! Thank you!
