The seed I have ordered for many years was out of stock. I was told it was expected earlier this week but had not yet arrived so should be in the next day. Since I live on a Gulf Island and travel by ferry to Victoria, coming back the next day was not an option. I had a good discussion with the fellow about what alternate kind of seed would be appropriate for what I wanted, and I was very satisfied. It was also my anniversay month so I received a free 5 lb bag, which always increases satisfaction!

It was an item that caught my eye that my partner wanted and had been looking for. Sadly he recently passed away so I bought it in his memory … the staff were amazing to help and sold me the last one they had. Was the perfect place and perfect timing

Customer service emailed me to inform me that they were out of a product but were expecting a shipment to arrive in a couple of days. They gave me the option of waiting to fill my order, making a substitution or deleting that item. I really appreciate being contacted for input. They also included a small free sample of an item, which is great because I can give it a try to see if it is something I want to order in the future. I felt personally taken care of! Thank you!
