Always find the staff helpful and friendly. Also love the products. Asked for your annual calendar and was told that they weren’t produced this year. Do hope you’ll reconsider them for the following year as I have used them for years and love the photos and the bird information provided.

Great service / such nice & knowledgeable staff. Lovely store. While one item that I wanted was not in stock, the customer service was great and I will be back soon to buy that item.

We have been going to WBU for YEARS now and intend on continuing to do so. Curtis and Jayme are always happy to see us, try to answer any questions we may have regarding the bird food and different feeders. Are always willing to try to get us whatever it is we required. Are very informative regarding bird health, etc. We have no intention of stopping purchasing and visiting WBU.

It is always a friendly greeting I get when entering the shop. And a willingness to assist my finding any product. There is a new and iteresting product to check out too. Like those wild socks you have and a variety of yard art !! Keep up the good work!!
