I have shopped here for many years and seen a change of ownership a few times. The current owners seem to be interested and knowledgeable about birds and birders. I have appreciated the support and information that has been shared with me on my recent visits.

FIRST CLASS SHOPPING EXPERIENCE.

Friendly and helpful staff who carried the heavy bags of seeds out to my car and placed the handles outward facing to make it easy to remove them when I got home.

I found the item I was specifically looking for as well as some other bird supplies which I will purchase and discovered some really cute things which will make perfect gifts for friends.

I have used this store for many years, under the previous franchise owners as well. It has always been a store of great service and overall kindness of the staff. While I can carry the bird seed I order, I appreciate the offers to take it to my car (I am 80 years of age). I am also aware that it is owned by an American company, and the prices reflect that.
