Store is always clean and the staff are welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable.

Alan and his helper were very friendly and they took time to make me feel like I was an important customer that they wanted to please! What more could you want from a shopping experience?

Alan at the Mission Viejo Store is so wonderful. He called just to say he dropped our package off at the door so I would know. He has the kind of old fashioned smart business sense of making us feel important and we try to order as much as we can from this store because they are so wonderful there I would rather give them the business even if its a little cheaper to just go on amazon and order another product. The quality & customer service at this store has made us lifelong customers.
