I have dealt with Wild Birds Unlimited for 20 years in Hendersonville NC and they have always had a seed sale in Fall and Spring. This store does not have seed sales which is a great disappointment. I do not want to join a club and pay money to save on seed.

made small purchase of thistle as i did before so no help was needed. Like with tips, I associate Highly Satisfied with special personal service or interest in what I do for wildlife. I am a long time customer that goes back to previous owners. I am a nature enthusiast who manages his property as a natural ecosystem for native species, including birds. Would be nice if staff showed enthusiasm, knowledge, etc. beyond just selling stuff. Onsite classes/presentations would help draw people in as well. I am relocating so probably won't be stopping by anymore. Good luck with the store and hope I have been helpful.

Product to expensive. Squirrels don't eat the fiery bird feed . The birds want eat it either.

High standards to be an establishment that highly satisfies a customer. Even with bird bucks the merchandise is pricey, but quality is good.

I was satisfied, that is a high enough rating in my book. I like your store and the staff that takes care of me. Sometimes the wait is longer because some customers have to give a small history of their birding activities no matter if someone is waiting to pay or not
