Some of the items were a bit more higher priced than the gifts that I was looking for. Still a great quality just at this moment I was looking for less expensive items for presents

We had a gift card, which was a paper one from a gift we received from a Sunday School class at our church. But the clerk could not figure out how to use it.

It is a bit far to drive and shipping way too much. Staff always nice.

I was hoping for a larger bottle of Nectar Defender

I've moved several times from my first purchase of a start up kit which was the pole and two feeders. The cost of them was what I paid for the pole alone this time. Yes I still have those feeders which have seen some abuse from the squirrels and a few small cracks in the tubes from being unscrewed and screwed back together for cleaning, but with new prices don't think I will replace any time soon. This seemed to be the feelings of other people I overheard talking while I was in the store. Tape it together and make it last is their motto. I guess it's over pricing everywhere you turn.

Employees very helpful and knowledgeable not pushy at all!

there is only one Cash Register to check out which is disappointing
