I visit this store often and enjoy interacting with the staff. Now, with the onset of the Coronavirus, the store still is available by means of the phone!

The staff is friendly and professional. They are knowledgeable and able to answer any questions I have. The service is excellent and there is a wide variety of products available to meet customers needs. The products are top quality and they offer bird seed in several blends.

I did curbside pickup from order over the phone. I did not enter the store. My order was brought out to my car due to corona virus shut down. I was very satisfied in getting my order

Fast, courteous, helpful service. Recommended appropriate seed for my feeders. Asked what kind of feeders I use and gave suggestions for type of seeds.

As soon as I entered the door, the sales associated was very response/helpful to my queries. I was not 100% sure what bird food I had previously purchased, and she quickly was able to review her records and inform me. Plus, she added some advice/recommendations about winter feeding. Very friendly/vey helpful...and sincere.

Friendly and they provide free mini candy as a token of their appreciation for their customers.

The prices are higher than I would care to pay, but the equipment, food, etc is always a higher quality than anywhere else, so despite the price, I still come back for more.
