I told them what I wanted, an had many options.

The Augusta WBU has the most incredible and friendly staff. There's no one else like them around; they just can't be beat. It's like going to visit friends when going to the store.

Expert advice on feeders. Attractive displays.

People always nice and knowledgeable.

I was still in quarantine from COVID but have not gotten the last few items in my list. The store staff answered my questions, help me choose the right items and even wrapped it with cellophane and festive ribbons. They place it securely in the back seat and we’re very friendly and kind. Made me feel better because I was able to accomplish my shopping locally despite being ill.

From the moment i walked in the door i heard both verbal contact with me and also eye contact & yes i can tell a smile under a mask as she definantly was smiling & was very professional guiding me right to where i needed to be then she gave a good brief explanation of the items. Not pushy like so many. I felt very at ease. I appreciated being greeted & treated. Am a retired Head Store Mgr so i will gladly refer this store out :) Sincerely, Dan Leonard - retired
