The store was well laid out, had a great variety and selection. The personnel were helpful and knowledable.

Everyone there is very friendly and has time to answer any questions you may have. I had unusual birds at my feeders and they helped me identify them. I am thrilled. Because of the information I was able to send my neighbor to the store for just the right food and feeder.

I'm new to the"Bird World" and every time I go in, I get friendly, cheerful service and advice. I really love the Augusta store and the staff there. They go out of their way to help, especially this novice!
