Excellent!

I enjoy exploring this store. The people are friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is calm and soothing. The prices I feel are a bit high, however the quality is exceptional. I learn something about birds every time I am in there. I recommend this store to all my friends who enjoy birds and other wildlife.

Friendly staff knowledge of birds

The person that helped me was very knowledgeable about what I was inquiring. Made several suggestions and helped from the moment I walked in the door til I left. Wonderful customer service!

The employees were very knowledgeable and thoughtful. They treated my mother with respect and answered all her questions. She has Parkinson and early dementia and they never got frustrated with her repeated questions. My mother loves this store and thinks of everyone as life long friends. This is the one place she requests to go to. She is now starting her mini bird paradise in our yard. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for seeing a person.

Not only is this store bright, clean, and very well stocked, but my ability to easily move around through the store is excellent. I'm use a power wheelchair for my mobility, and ease of access throughout a store is extremely important to me!
