I love my WBU! I am able to get what I want quickly and I love the rewards …. The store rewards and the happy birds in my yard!

Sales person was very personable and knowledgeable about birds. We shared stories with her of our birding observations, and she did the same with us. Explained to our two young granddaughters the possible reasons female birds are often more muted and dull in color. Very pleasant experience.

I had placed an order for a bird bath. It was not in and they had what would work in store...they offered to cancel the order and I got the instore bird bath. It’s perfect for our church memorial garden....the wait was longer than we had anticipated. So kind of them. LOVE your staff and shopping is great, you always have a large inventory...

Always helpful, well stocked, positive incentives.

We were greeted and helped immediately. Store was clean and well stocked. Very appreciative of employees and patrons following mask guidelines of the store as well.

I have found whether I pick up in the store or have my order delivered it is always exactly what I ordered. If they are out if something I wanted I always get a phone call offering me an alternative. I am very happy with WBU and my wild birds are too. Thank you
