Staff always go out of their way to assist and give valuable information. They lookup my previous purchase of birdseed when I wander in not remembering exactly which huge bag I came to purchase. Recommended hanging seed to fit in hanging birdfeeder I already had.

One of the ladies was very nice to my 5 yr old son. She gave him a lovely stuffed oriole she was unable to sell due to damage. He absolutely loves it! He is treating it like a pet. He sleeps with and made her a "nest". Thank you for being so kind to our son! Love your store!

I was so pleased with the knowledge and professionalism of your staff. I found and purchased what I came for and with the help of a lovely lady things I’ve never seen before. The birds have already arrived to there need bird feeder on the beautiful advanced pole system in Florida. Wish you had a store closer to me!!
