We came in to look at blue bird houses, but didn’t know much about them. Marsha was so knowledgeable as she answered our questions! She was patient and through and included my daughter (age7)in the discussion in a way that helped her discover an understanding of the birds and made her really excited about our backyard birds. As a homeschooling parent, I truly appreciated the time Marsha took to explain and pass on information about the birds to my child and as a parent I appreciated that she took time to pass on enthusiasm for the natural world around us (even in our own backyard)!

I have been buying all my bird seed and feeders from Birds unlimited for several years. It's a great place to shop and the staff is very helpful and can always answer all my questions. I recently attended a talk on planting for the birds. It was so informative. Hope you continue to offer more like this.

The staff always greets us with a smile. They are friendly and caring. My mother has parkinson's and they treat her like a member of the family with compassion and love. Visiting this store is her favorite thing to do. While her memory is slipping she remembers the store and staff for their kindness. She talks of them fondly and asks for us to take her to visit her friends. Thank you, your staff means the world to us.
