Staff very knowledgeable and helpful, just spent to much $.

Staff were very knowledgeable and courteous! They pulled me up in the computer to verify type of birdseed I previously purchased which was very helpful as I throw the large bags away when open them. The store was well stocked with a lot of neat things. As a matter of fact I made 3 separate purchases on one shopping trip!

I drove to the store but could not go in due a hip injury. I called the store, and the staff member looked up my WBU number and found my birdseed, allowed me to give her my gift card number over the phone, and carried the birdseed to my car. I was so appreciative of such wonderful service! The staff is always amazing, but this was above and beyond!

WBU usually has exactly what I need with plenty of stock. It's usually a no-hassle, easy purchase & I get what I need & want. Whenever I have questions the staff are helpful & extremely knowledgeable. They also make suggestions if I am unsure about something, or if they see an opportunity for a better product based on our conversation about what I am looking for, or any issues I might be having with backyard birdfeeding.

WBU is my most fun store to shop. And I feel so complete, like I’m giving back to Mother Natire with all the garden features I get to create a peaceful setting and to feed the beautiful birds.
