This was our first time shopping here because we wanted to put a bird feeder/house up at our home and of course we were clueless on where to start. She could see we were lost, so she was very patient, kind and knowledgeable when helping my husband and I get started with our first bird feeder. Excellent customer service!!!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Came in to use a gift card from my daughter and was so satisfied that I joined the club thus making it worthwhile for return business.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. They are able to answer questions about the products and specifically the various seeds. I enjoy looking at all the merchandise especially the birdfeeders and chimes. WBU carries quality products
