I knew one item I was getting, and went right to it. The other item I had to ask, and the associate took me right to it, then checked me out.

I was able to pick up the items I wanted, pay for them, and be out the door very quickly.

I’ve been shopping at Wild Birds for many years now—in Augusta, GA initially and then followed to Martinez, GA. I buy bird seed, binoculars , and feeders there. Recently I stopped by the store just to ask for help identifying a bird I’d seen in my yard. Jennifer searched using apps on her phone. We were still unable to make a positive ID. so I sent the picture to her phone so she could show it to her friend who his studying to be an ornithologist. She texted me a couple of days later to tell me it’s pine warbler! She went above and beyond!! Yay, Wild Birds!

Sales person had told me a few days before that an item I wanted would be available on a certain date. I went back and found the item.

Jen is unbelievably knowledgeable about birds and is always eager to help even playing a recording of a hermit thrush so Iwould be familiar if I heard it

I love this store. They have the same passion for birds that I have.
