I am always happy with the speed of delivery and the quality of the bird seed, suet balls and blend! I have so many birds and they appreciate the quality food. The birds that i currently am seeing at my feeders and on ground are Eastern Meadow Larks, Goldfinches, Eurasion Doves, Mourning Doves, Eastern bluebirds, Cardinals, blue jays, savannah sparrows, red wing black birds, and a coopers hawk comes to my feeder in the evening (all of the other birds are gone by then.) Mockingbirds will occassionally eat off of the suet ball with the bug blend.

You have the most friendly woman working in the store. She was so helpful and knowledgeable.

Went in for repair of feeder. Fixed it in less than 5 minutes. I found another feeder while waiting for repair. Their knowledge and friendly staff make shopping a pleasure. Their Customer Service is OFF THE CHARTS !! My husband told me after leaving the store, you be Sure to support this business. They know how to Treat and KEEP CUSTOMERS !!

I love this store and enjoy going in to purchase supplies as needed but also just to browse, get ideas and share info with others.

My Dad and I always love getting to visit WBU. The staff are always knowledgeable and friendly and the sale prices are GREAT!

I brought my 10 year old grandson with me and we both enjoyed our visit. I was also able to get a bird identification and that was satisfying. The staff is great and I love looking at everything!
